Senator Vic Sprouse
West Virginia Senate Minority Leader Vic Sprouse approached me about designing a blog to discuss West Virginia politics. Because this was a new site, he did not have a name or a logo. We discussed several variations of names when I thought of something stunningly obvious, “Change West Virginia.” The domain name changewv.com was available so it was a perfect fit.
The logo takes advantage of the letter “C” to emphasize change. In the final product on the website, I added color as well as three dimensional shadowing and slight distortion. In the end, Senator Sprouse was very pleased.
